Information we collect
Course registration forms collect your name, mobile number, email, city, PIN code, address, selected course, learning mode and optional remarks. Contact forms collect your name, contact details, enquiry type, subject and message.
How we use it
Laptex uses the information to respond to enquiries, provide current course details, manage follow-ups and maintain operational records. A submitted enquiry is not a paid order.
Sharing and retention
Information is used by authorised Laptex staff and is not sold. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required.
Security
Forms use server-side validation, CSRF protection and prepared database statements.
Your choices
You may ask Laptex to correct or delete an enquiry record, subject to applicable requirements. Contact laptex605@gmail.com.
